Bayern Munich are reportedly weighing up a move for Man Utd star Marcus Rashford.
England international Rashford, 24, has been linked with a surprise move away from Old Trafford after a torrid season which has seen him score just five goals in 32 matches. He struggled with form and injuries as the Red Devils limped from one poor result to another under Ole Gunnar Solskjær and interim boss Ralf Rannick. But that hasn’t stopped one of European football’s major powerhouses from taking an interest in the forward.
According to the TelegraphBundesliga giants Bayern Munich are keeping tabs on Rashford.
It comes as the German club prepare to say goodbye to legendary forward Robert Lewandowski, with the Polish hotshot set to leave this summer. The 33-year-old has scored 344 goals in 375 appearances for Bayern since his 2014 transfer from Borussia Dortmund but now seems certain to depart for Barcelona.
Barcelona coach Xavi confirmed the Catalan giants were in talks with Lewandowski ahead of their final game of the season against Villarreal on Sunday.

“Yes, Lewandowski is an option,” Xavi said. “He has already said he wants to leave, there are negotiations, but he still has a contract at his club. It won’t be easy being Bayern, but it’s an option.”
Lewandowski’s exit would leave a hole in Bayern’s forward line that Rashford could fill. However, the United academy graduate is said to favor remaining at Old Trafford and is expected to undergo warm weather training in the US next month.
He should then return for the start of pre-season under new boss Erik ten Hag on June 27. Interim boss Rangnick suggested earlier this year that Rashford would be free to leave the club in the summer if game time was a problem for the forward.

“I don’t think this is an issue and he never said anything about that since we spoke yesterday [Thursday],” the veteran German coach said about Rashford’s lack of minutes.
“But the [transfer] window is closed now. Even suppose he and his agents of him or his family of him at one stage of the summer think about maybe going to another club, well then he can do that but in the summer.
With the transfer window set to open in a matter of weeks, Rashford and United could have some big decisions to make in the not too distant future.
